Happy New Year! && This post has quite a few lists!

Hey so I got this award from Tegan!

So err...now I put 7 things about me!

1. Last summer I worked at my first real job at a Jewish Day Camp. I was a secretary so I spent the entire summer locked up in an office (at least it had air conditioning) but sometimes I would sneak out and go on the see-saw, swings, and swimming pool.
2. I almost never remember my dreams unless they 'mean something', and then I can't stop thinking about it for the entire day.
3. I HATE the dentist so so so so much. I had to go the other day (to a new one I may add), and the nurses there were so prissy and shiz and then they always interrogate me about my life. Especially with that overhead light I feel like I'm in a bad police movie.
4. I am addicted to Facebook, I'm not gonna lie.
5. In 7th grade I purposely did effing horrible on the SAT so my parents wouldn't make me go to CTY (Center For Talented Youth)
6. I *just* did my Christmas shopping for my friends. I guess you can say I'm a little behind on things, but hey, no complaints, I bought them awesome gifts.
7. I don't think I've ever mentioned this on here, but I am the president of my schools Chess Club--I am also the only female member >.> Don't think poorly of me xD

Okay sooooo now I get to nominate 7 peoples with haute blogs.

Kay soooo......

Ohkayss. So 2009 is coming to a close and the decade is coming to an end. A lot has happened these past ten years (much more than I'd like to go into detail, because I can't cover a decade off of the top of my head), so instead I'm gonna list the top ten best and worst moments of '09, and my resolutions (that always fail) of 2010.

TOP TEN BEST MEMORIES OF 2009
1. I'm going to start recent here--I adopted my first pets EVER this year and now my whole life will be different
2. My sisters wedding! It was awesome!
3. I got on the world-wide Tetris Leader-board. For a few months I was #78 in the world :) Oh yes, talents.
4. Counting Crows concert in Canandaigua (alliteration much?). Twas my first real concert and it took a 6 hour round trip. Awesome.
5. The Cultural Fair-- I run Israeli dance for it and it was actually a "fun" dance this year. I love the Fair.
6. Spending the summer at Camp Givah--especially the flour fight on our last day.
7. APUSH field trip to Boston, it was just bucketloads of fun.
8. Chasing fireflies in my friends backyard the first night of summer and then seeing the midnight showing of transformers
9. Memorial day walking around town with my friends--we had a great time
10. Doood! I started this blog!

TOP TEN WORST HAPPENINGS OF 2009
1. The time I was at worked doing the camp newspaper (all by myself if I may add), the computer crashed and I hadn't saved regularly, so I had to stay three extra hours trying to recover the file, missing the buses, and going home with the Med Director that drove like a crazy person while singing along to Irish Celtic music.
2. Dude, Michael Jackson is dead!
3. I was given extended detention for "skipping English." I never skipped it--i was absent that whole day (and the day after, and the day after that) for reason #8, and three of my teachers marked me as present (shows you how outgoing I am in school). I never served cause my mom called the assistant principal, but he still treated me like a delinquent. Now the detention slip is taped on my desk.
4. I failed my first test ever with a 60% in math. It was the day after my birthday so I hadn't studied--and flunkaroony
5. When my APUSH teacher showed our video projects to our class I nearly died of embarrasment. I was dressed up as "Martha Washington" and I spoke with an accent and later I got ridiculed.
6. Going to Cape Cod and getting so sunburnt the first day I couldn't do anything except sit in the hotel room and watch Sponge Bob. Oh, and my dad and sister almost drowned.
7. Dissecting froggers in bio. It broke my heart.
8. Swine Flu
9.  Pulling way too many all-nighters on bio, and my teacher exploding.
10. October 8th, 2009, rip Andrea Guido

RESOLUTIONS:

1. Get a 5 on my APUSH test no matter what it takes
2. Attempt to score a 2100 on SAT? Please let it be so!
3. Be more ORGANIZED
4. Have a bedtime of 11 every night
5. Less procrastinating
6. Try to be more pleasant to people in general
7. Do well in school
8. Start eating healthier, less junk food
9. Stop skipping dance to do homework xD
10. Luff my kittens!
11. And blog on a regular basis (every other day, every three days?)

Eh, so that was my reminiscence. Now I can spend my New Years watching the Twilight Zone marathon, and playing Mario Kart with my cousins until I die.

Also, for the new year I kinda want a new way to "end" my posts. I've been thinking something like "Keep your lives Sui Generis (which is latin for unique, one of a kind) and Sunny" Or something along those lines. To me it sounds a tad cheesy, but hey, I never said I was cool!
Let me know what you think.

HAVE A WONDERFUL NEW YEAR AND 2010!!  && Thank you all for reading my Blog :D

Keep your lives Sui Generis && Sonny :]

I had to do a Sheeps Eyeball too in eighth grade, and in a way I think that was even worse...but that was a couple years ago so it wasn't on my 2009 list.
