1. Went on a walk (around my house) after the rain finally ceased and took pictures
2. Used those pictures to "fill in the holes" of my missing 365 pictures (I know it's cheating, but if I have blank slots in my project then the math will eventually confuse me...at least I'm admitting that I'm cheating)
Day "81"
Day "82"
Day "83"
Day "87"
3. Attempted a photo tutorial that I found here by Jean Fan founder of JFotography:
Day 94
and the pictures actually came out!

| What the set up actually looked like. |
If you're into photography and would like to try something new, I would recommend this tutorial! It's pretty easy to set up, and you could put lots of different things into the "bubble bath." It's like a whirlpool of creativity (please excuse my cheesy expression)
5. Played with my cat Nemo/took project 365 picture
Day 95
6. Finished reading the book A Prayer for Owen Meany for school. It's such a horrible book, please don't waste your time reading 617 pages of pure misery. I'm hoping I'll be able to get my hands on "The Hunger Games" soon, because I've heard it's a pretty good read.
Yes! There you have it! A quick and painless narrative of my life! As you can tell, I really don't have a gift with words. It's so much easier to communicate in pictures.

your 365 photos keep getting better and better! those macro shots are amazing ^_^
ReplyDeletethe bubble photography is SO COOL. ahhh!!! i totally want to try that now. thanks so much for sharing the tutorial! :D :D :D
<3
Sarah! Oh my goodness I'm blown away by these pictures. I really love plants and flowers after a rain because of all the cute little dew drops. That bubble bath shoot is so amazing! I thought you took these from a gallery or something but they're your own works of art - I am so very impressed! ^__^
ReplyDeleteHaha sounds like you have been quite busy in a very good way. I'm proud you got right back on your feet girl :) It's 365 days. You were alive each one and you intended to take photos and made up for it. Patched it up and ran with it - win win win!
Yup I get a lot of my makeup from my mom when she used to buy a lot of nice things and get gifts after spending a certain amount. Some are winners like the Lancome super red lipstick but others I put on and I look like a deranged puppet hahaha. Sephora is freaking expensive! I can only purchase things that I consider HG items (holy grail) - the brow wiz to draw in my eyebrows since I lack them, and fiberwig to grow some lashes because I also have none xD
I'm glad you liked the shoot :D If only I can work magic like you do behind a camera whew. Those shadows were because I was taking pictures at 6 PM and later .. so setting sun!
oh my good golly. You're photos are AMAZING. They really are better and better and better with each post. One day they'll explode with amazingness? I suck at photography, but I'm seriously tempted to give that tutorial a whirl. HMMM. 'twill see.
ReplyDeleteAND AHHH. I love Juno! Love that scene. The asian girl is the best. "Your baby has fingernails!" (Or something along the lines of babies. And fingernails.)
